So if you've read any parts of my blog you'll come to realize that I am kinda crafty person... I love the idea of making things myself rather then buying them.  That alone makes them mine :-)... found some great sites like Pinterest and CraftGawker... both are great because they lead to blogs and instructions.

Here's my first great project.  It took about $20.00 in washers and three flat canvasses painted black.  I think the project cost about $30.00 all together.  You can use any color you want.  I used acrylic craft paint to paint the canvasses, but they came out kinda sketchy... so I will paint them over, around the monogram.  The hardest part is placing the washers.  Then get an industrial glue that will not tear your skin off that adheres to multiple things, including metal.  Happy crafting!
